Sin embargo y en resumidas cuentas, se refiere a los artículos diversos utilizados o necesarios para XX actividad. Sugeriría algo así como: "estar bajo la influencia de narcóticos [o, drogas] y/o en posesión y haciendo uso de parafernalia relacionada con los [o, las] mismos/as". uso de la parafernalia relacionada con las drogas Explanation: Hola Raul, yo lo traduciría así: Estar bajo la influencia de las drogas y/o posesión o uso de la parafernalia relacionada con las mismas. According to Bea's outstanding explanation, parafernalia refers to the drugs themselves and also to the elements necessary to use them.
