En caso de haber 2: una arteria y una vena, suele deberse a alguna alteración seria (cromosómicas...), y haber malformaciones concomitantes (cardiacas...)

arteria umbilical


Explanation:
Entiendo que podría ser "arteria umbilical", según tu explicación se refiere a un recién nacido, y este es el término más utilizado .

El cordon umbilical normal esta formado por 2 arterias y 1 vena. Esta vena umbilical lleva la sangre oxigenada desde la placenta a una vena localizada en el higado.

Puede tb referirse a una anormalidad denominada "single umbilical artery (SUA" muy común, tb llamada en inglés "2-vessel cord" (ARTERIA UMBILICAL UNICA).
