Yo no usaría dispensación. Ya que tiene un significado muy diferente en español.

Quedaría mejor como registro de fármacos entregados (distribuidos, repartidos o administrados) dependiendo del contexto (si es el historial de ventas de una farmacia o los registros de un hospital o centro de salud).
