Joseph Tein: 7:30am Apr 22, 2007: 'Acts' can have a variety of meanings. I presume that in this document 'acts' means laws or statutes? Quiero decir, ¿estamos hablando de leyes o de actos?

neutral Joseph Tein: Hola Adriana. It's a very detailed answer ... but I don't believe that 'iniciativa' (initiative) can be directly substituted for 'ley' (act).
