debridamiento
Explanation:
There's a typo in the term, it's "debriding" not "debrising". Look for either debride or debridement.

I will stick with debridamiento as this is the first time I come across the word "deSbridamiento" and I can't support neither its existence nor its usage.
According to the DRAE, "desbridar" means to remove fibrous scar tissue (I would have used in Spanish "liberación de bridas y/o adherencias" instead of "desbridamiento" if that was the case). Finally, I know for sure "debridar" means to remove lacerated or devitalized tissue. For me it's clear that those words are not synonyms.

desbridamiento

Explanation:

La definición en inglés: Debridement = The act of *debriding *(removing dead, contaminated or adherent tissue or foreign material).

Example sentence(s):

agree  Joseph Tein: Hola BF - I agree with debridamiento also, but I think 'deSbridamiento' is a more common/frequent spelling (also what the DRAE shows). Saludos.

  -> Hi Joseph. Notice that the definition of "desbridar" given by the DRAE doesn't involve the removal of lacerated or devitalized tissue. It refers to the removal of fibrous scar tissue whether it is adhesiolysis (in the abdominal cavity) or not (in a wound)

Yo siempre he leído y utilizado únicamente "debridamiento".
