en la zona de la médula espinal

Creo que se refiere al "espacio intratecal" y que, dado el registro no experto del diálogo, la enfermera denomina 'spinal space'. La palabra 'espacio' no me suena en el regsitro médico, prefiero 'zona'


Esta terapia utiliza una pequeña bomba que se coloca mediante cirugía bajo la piel del abdomen. La bomba contiene un fármaco para aliviar el dolor que se administra a través de un pequeño tubo delgado y flexible denominado catéter directamente en la zona que rodea la médula espinal (espacio intratecal). La médula espinal es el camino que recorren las señales del dolor hasta el cerebro, donde la sensación de dolor es experimentada por el cuerpo.

agree  Mariana Iacobucci: Coincido. He sido madre hace 3 meses y me hizo recordar cuando el cirujano me insertó un catéter en la zona epidural para colocarme la anestesia, y me explicó todo el procedimiento junto con la enfermera. Ojalá sirva el comentario. Saludos
