En el formulario 3500 de la FDA, en el ítem H.7, bajo el concepto "if remedial actiion initiated, check type" dice: relabeling. Quisiera corroborar si equivaldría a "se modificaron las indicaciones del dispositivo" y si "se cambió la etiqueta" ya deja implícito ese concepto. Gracias a todos!
