Enia,

Creo que faltaría agregar un poco mas de contexto, pero por lo que entiendo el texto original trata sobre algún estudio virológico o relacionado con alguna enfermedad viral o medicamento antiviral.

Por lo tanto croe que se refieren a "VF" como "virologic failure" lo cual en español se traduce como "fracaso virológico". Al referirse a "non-VF analysis" yo creería que se trata de un "análisis que expurga del estudio (o incluye) a los pacientes no asociados a fracaso virológico".

Pero como te comenté anteriormente creo que hace falta agregar mas contexto. Aquí encontrarás algunos ejemplos de "VF" traducido como "fracaso virológico":

Explanation:
I am confused by the word "censored." Was it supposed to be the word "analysis" that was filtered by this site (because of the beginning of the word) or something like that?

Y claro que tendrás que adaptar las palabras a la frase final, pero la sigla VF significa "viral failure".
