Estoy traduciendo un informe sobre alergias alimentarias y tengo dudas al traducir esta frase: "This is based on the findings that certain subclasses of IgG have been associated with the in vitro degranulation of basophils and mast cells, the activation of the complement cascade...."
Mi traducción: "Esto se basa en las conclusiones de que ciertos suptipos de IgG están asociados con la degranulación in vitro de basófilos y mastocitos, la activación de la cascada del complemento????.....
Esto último me suena muy mal...lo he buscado y esa es la traducción que he encontrado, pero la verdad es que no me convence en absoluto, agradecería que me aportarais vuestras ideas...muchas gracias!!!! |
