Explanation:
México.

Además, "...will be performed two yearly" no me suena bien en inglés, mejor "will be performed twice yearly".

cada dos años

Explanation:
I agree with "elpincha" that this term refers to "once every two years" and not two times a year. However, in this context I think I would put "... se realizará cada dos años..." but it's just personal preference.

If it meant two times a year, it would have to be written as that or as \"twice yearly\".

agree  xxxElena Sgarbo: Sí, es la alternativa más clara. Los mismos problemas surgen siempre con el término "bimonthly", que para algunos diccionarios es "quincenal" y para otros "bimestral". (Y después está también "bimensual"....!!!!) Saludos Philip :-)p

una nota para elpincha...

Explanation:
perdon por la corrección, pero me confundí y pensé que dabas el término en inglés.

siento dejar esta nota como respuesta, pero no se puede cambiar los comentarios.

The bi- prefix on biannual “divides into two,” so that biannual usually means “twice a year.” Biennial comes from a Latin word whose prefix bi- meant “two,” so biennial means “every two years,” as in a biennium, “a two-year period.” Semiannual also means “every half year,” or “twice a year.” Biannual is almost a hopeless case, conveying only the idea of two, but not specifying when; semiannual is a little more helpful, suggesting as it does “half-yearly.” Make certain that context makes your meaning clear, no matter which word you use; in fact, given the potential for confusion, half-yearly and two-yearly may be better than any of these. dos veces por año/ cada dos años

Explanation:
Depende del contexto. Según la explicación de un hablante culto californiano al que consulté, la frase es incorrecta en inglés y parece ser un barbarismo.
