Explanation:
Es una deformidad congenita comunmente llamada pie torcido. El termino medico es 'equinovaro'
Los dedos del pie estan metidos hacia adentro y la planta del pie esta torcida hacia adentro.

The Taber's Cyclopedic Medical Dictionary (Eng>Eng) gives an entry for "clubbed fingers" that would fit the context. The explanation is "rounding of ends and swelling of fingers in children with congenital heart disease and in older children and adults with long standing pulmonary disease>
