English term or phrase: lunate
A dislocation is the temporary displacement of a bone fro its normal position in a joint, which exceeds a sprain. Most dislocations occur as an impact of a fall on the extended arm and the wrist in hyperextension. The most common carpal dislocation is that of the lunate moving around the rest of the carpus.
