Explanation:
Así es en España.

He obviado el "certified" porque es un problema de difícil solución.

"Certificado" no se aplica en español a la persona que tiene un título. Hay que usar el adjetivo derivado del título que posee.

Ahora bien,

médicos > Licenciatura en Medicina (6 años) > licenciados

enfermeros > Diplomatura en Enfermería (3 años) > diplomados

auxiliares de enfermería > Grado medio (enseñanza no universitaria) > ..podría decirse "graduados", pero no se usa.

Por otra parte, todo el personal sanitario debe tener un título para poder trabajar, lo que hace innecesario hacer hincapié en el título.
