English to Spanish translations [PRO] Military / Defense / Riots, demostrations | | English term or phrase: sleeping dragons | Context: Riot control and management. Here is the phrase.
I only need to know how to say sleeping dragons in Spanish.
In “sleeping dragons” protestors put their handcuffs inside plastic tubes, which are incased in concrete, rather than handcuffing themselves to each other. The concrete tubes also might be covered with chicken wire, tar, and duct tape. They do this to make cutting them loose as difficult as possible. Have tools available to deal with these types of devices. Various types of saws and large bolt cutters may be needed to detach the demonstrators.
Your help is welcome!
Thanks

Explanation: ...conocido como "sleeping dragons" o dragones durmientes, los protestantes...
They had chains on their wrists attached to bolts drilled through the center of 3-to-4-foot lengths of PVC pipe. Known as lock boxes or "sleeping dragons," the pipes were covered with layers of chicken wire, tar and duct tape, making it difficult for anyone to cut through them.
