English to Spanish translations [PRO]
Tech/Engineering - Mining & Minerals / Gems
English term or phrase: buggy whip
The XXX mine has commenced operations on a facility 6 years ago. It's an open-pit operation, producing gold and silver.

There is a need for development of technical standards. The requirements of vehicles entering the pit must be clearly defined (rollover protection, flashing lights, buggy whips, fire extinguishers, etc.).

Existe una definición en el glosario de Proz, pero se trata de carretas antiguas jalada por caballos, y este no es el caso.
