Distonia de la embocadura

La distonía es una patología definida médicamente como una serie de contracciones musculares involuntarias en determinadas partes del cuerpo que impiden el funcionamiento normal de la zona afectada. Cuando estas contracciones afectan a la embocadura del músico toman el nombre genérico de distonía de la embocadura y será este el tipo de distonía al que me referiré en todo momento.
