This is a pamphelt to help the mothers with breast feeding. The trouble word is "expressed" because the rest is "Alimentar con leche materna XX"

Creo que se refiere a la leche materna que la madre se extrae con anterioridad y luego se conserva y otra persona o ella misma se la pueden dar al bebe.
