The Company agrees to supply in a frequency stated in the specification of the animal house of each institute in periodic deliveries in accordance with the wishes of the managers of said animal houses.

I already added it as a note to my answer :-). If you want to grade my answer as the best, you can choose it and replace "establo" with "bioterio" when creating the glossary entry.
It sounds kind of weird to me to say establos for mice, above all because this term has been so closely connected to horses that even if the place itself can be called 'establo' we would never feel we could find laboratory mice in them.
The Spanish version of the book Biología: la unidad y diversidad de la vida (by Starr and Taggart) uses "establos" for all lab animals, including mice.
The Boletín de Cunicultura journal also uses "establo" for a small mammal like the rabbit, proving it's not just limited to ungulates:
the thing is this is about laboratory animals, namely, mice, so I would like to think there's a better translation for animal house involving laboratory mice :-)

Atención, que se use la palabra "establo" no significa que se limite a caballos, sino que también se puede usar con cerdos, vacas, etc.

Ya que el término "establo" no te acaba de convencer, te propongo como respuesta alternativa "gerente del bioterio", que es un término más específico pero menos común.
"El bioterio es el lugar físico donde se crían, mantienen y utilizan animales de laboratorio. Este lugar debe brindar un adecuado macroambiente y microambiente, acorde a la especie animal que se esté alojando. Un perro no tendrá las mismas necesidades que un ratón, ni que un loro, por lo tanto los bioterio deberán adaptarse a los requerimientos y necesidades de la especie alojada."
