Explanation:
Aunque podría tratarse como dicen antes de la "grasa láctea", también se le llama "milk fat" a la parte de la leche que queda flotando, es decir, la crema, la nata.

Explanation:
Andrea, no estoy muy segura de la respuesta de mis colegas anteriores. Yo siempre he escuchado, en Argentina, que a la grasa de la leche se la denomina "grasa butirosa". Una leche común, tiene un 3% de grasa butirosa, las descremadas ¿así es que se llaman?, no contienen nada. Cuando era pequeña, las botellas de leche tenían más "gordura" pero hoy se aprovecha para la elaboración de derivados lácteos: crema, manteca (o mantequilla).
