carrying out a contract Explanation: o "entering into a contract". Saludos, Sery |

carrying out Explanation: contratación o realización de contratos - yo escribiría que esta persona tiene capacidad o autorización "to enter into and carry out contracts" o que tiene capacidad "for entering and carrying out contracts". |

execution of a contract Explanation: shall have the authority to..., and to contract or execute technical support contracts for such goods. Execution is a good option, because it can mean either signing the contract, or carrying out the duties covered in the contract, in this case technical support. |
