see below Explanation: Ok, first of all, Luna is almost right, but not quite. In Spanish, when this kind of wording is used it can means two things in English: "él va con Arturo" can mean: 1. he's going with Arturo - future action (though the present meaning, i.e. right now is possible too) 2. he goes with Arturo - habitual action, i.e. always or often, etc. You CAN substitute "él" for "ella" (he for she), but not for they, that would be rendered "ellos van" (plural), and here you've got "va" which is singular.
