Utilizo el verbo poner porque las otras opciones, adjuntar, atar, sujetar, amarrar, no me parecen muy apropiadas para este contexto. Dependiendo del resto del texto podrías optar por utilizar algún verbo del tipo ensamblar o algo parecido. Montar tampoco me parece adecuado porque queda demasiado ambiguo, montar en bicicleta, montar la cesta en el manillar...
