la frase dice "payments are to be sent by registered or signed post".
"Registered post" se traduce como "correo certificado", pero no pude hallar la traducción de "signed". Pensé que podía tratarse de servicio puerta a puerta (DHL. UPS, Fedex, etc.), pero no estoy seguro.
