English term or phrase: brewers rice
Pet food ingredients:
Lamb, brewers rice, corn gluten meal...
arroz para la elaboración de cerveza
Oh boy....I had never heard of using rice for making beer, but see the page below!
I would simply call it "arroz para cerveza" or the longer version above. Probably in a list of ingredients to go on a lable of pet food, the shorter the better.

(carne de) cordero, cerveza de arroz, harina de gluten de trigo
Yeap, they love it in some parts of Asia...and they do have some rice there. It's also made with rice in many other parts of the world. Here we call "rice wine" "vino de arroz" (believe or not there IS such thing) and "rice beer" "cerveza de arroz" whoever dares think about it. Honestly, I wouldn't enjoy life as a cat at the Rice Pub. Better say "carne de cordero" than just "cordero" but that's my own taste, guess cats wouldn't miaow about that.
Have a nice word lunch. :)
