Explanation:
These euphemisms are tricky, I destroyed my fingertips sorting out mail in a library and that is what was involved. Basically, you sort or classify it "finely" as it comes, so you don't leave anything to do for the next slave to come. You may not need "mesa de" as "recepción" is self-explanatory. You can translate "fine" any which way you like, but i'd say it relates to efficiency. My ex-boss was always going on about that... Fine regards :)
