Ojo que es una traducción literal. Pienso que Pepperoni puede quedar igual.

Son los frankfurters, aunque tienen diferentes nombres según el país. En Uruguay, por ejemplo se les llama \" Panchos\"

Mild en oposición a HOT. Mild en este caso es \"no picante\".

Casing= tripa de un embutido

pepperoni= en Uruguay no se le conoce por ese hombre. Tenemos algo parecido que es el salame.

Explanation:
Sí, estoy de acuerdo con mis colegas,se refiere a las salchichas tipo "frankfurt". Al menos en España es corriente usar el término "salchicha fresca" para distinguir de las de fabricación industrial que se venden envasadas (típicas de hot-dog).
Y Pepperoni, son, simplemente, puimientos, no picantes o "dulces".
