Explanation:
No es una traducción literal ni mucho menos de la expresión inglesa, pero se me ha ocurrido que este juego de palabras con la palabra patata te podría valer. No sé si allá en Argentina la conocéis. Patatín-patatán es una forma de decir "y bla-bla-bla".
