Explanation:
This is a play on words with "teeter-totter," which is the "subibaja" o "colompio." I don´t think there would be a way to translate this and retain the play on words. Let´s see what the others suggest!

agree  Hardy Moreno: Estoy de acuerdo con la explicación de que es difícil el juego de palabras. Es algo que por lo visto sólo en inglés tiene sentido. Teeter-totter es un subibaja y tater-tots son una manera de preparar las papas.
