Collard green son las verduras tipo col con hojas. No son sólo las berzas, sino también otras parecidas.

Además en España el nombre y la variedad de este tipo de verduras puede variar de una región a otra, por ejemplo berzas en Asturias y grelos en Galicia. Mucho me temo que en Latinoamérica tengan otras variedades y nombres completamente diferente.
