Aparece en un manual de una picadora, y no sé si hace referencia al colado es decir a colar algo. Esta sección está precedida por otros títulos de otras secciones que son: Chopping (picado), grinding (molido). En esta sección se habla de esto: You can add liquids holes into the bowl while the appliance is running. This is useful when making dressings, mayonnaise or dips requiring oils or flavourings to be mixed in.
Note: Pour liquid into one side of the opening at a time. The other opening needs to be clear for air to escape. If all holes are blocked the liquid will not flow freely into the bowl.

es el agujero por donde se puede introducir liquidos mientras la maquina este funcionando... mira la foto de cualquier licuadors/ procesadora y veras que tiene un agujero arriba

puedes agregar liquids por el agujero mientras la maquina/el aparato esté funcionando
