Como dice Circe, traducción no parece que haya - pero su sugerencia me parece muy buena.

Hay una obra llamada "The Case of the Gilded Lily", 1956, de ERLE STANLEY GARDNER, que se tradujo como “El caso de la chantajista sentimental”.

Existe igualmente una película llamada "The Gilded Lily" (1935), de Wesley Ruggles con Claudette Colbert, pero no he encontrado la traducción del título.

Para que le des más vueltas...

También podrías jugar con algo como la "rubia alegre", en referencia a la "viuda alegre"...
