Thanks. After reading all the suggestions I think I'll take part of yours. Personally, I think I will stay with "tendencia todo inclusiva".

Dos posibles traducciones

Explanation:
Overencompassing significa "que lo abarca todo". Propongo dos traducciones:

"La globalización vista como una tendencia que lo abarca todo..."

o

"La mundialización vista como una tendencia globalizadora..."

Un saludo

La globalización vista como una tendencia todoabarcadora

Explanation:
Hola. I was going to give Ffc a "4" when I happened to think of something: if a person (or a god) who can do it all or is everywhere is called "todopoderoso/a", why could a thing or whatever not be labelled as "todoabarcador/a". I don't see why not, for Spanish does indeed have enough resources to build adjectives from the combination of adjective plus verb, in this case "todo" + "abarcar". But then, maybe everybody knew that and here I am trying to teach the obvious. Or is it, isn't it? Mmm, oh, there goes by the way the one link that does use the magic word "todoabarcador". Cheers :)

Omnipresente

Explanation:
Siguiendo el camino iniciado por Paul Roigé, propongo la palabra "omnipresente".
La globalización vista como una tendencia omnipresente.

Espero le sea de utilidad.

excesiva(mente) algo

Explanation:
'Over' como prefixo suele tener matices algo negativos; por ejemplo 'overwork' es trabajar demasiado, com implicaciones de la posibilidad de tener problemas como consecuencia.

'encompass'significa 'incluir', 'abarcar

OVERENCOMPASS: not in my dictionary, and only one use in Internet (an obviously non-native writer)

Literlamente, la traducción sería:
La globalización visto como una tendencia /excesivamente inclusivo/ de un alcance excesivo.

Suena mal, ¿verdad? Dado todo esto, pienso que debes decidir - en el contexto - si el tono es CRITICO, NEUTRO o NO CRÍTICO antes de elegir la palbara.
