English term or phrase: GEOC-IT
Does anybody know who or what GEOC-IT is?. I just received this:

"Spanish translator certified by GEOC-IT(I mean version of www.geocities.com/geoc_it_cert/ , but not Australian version)...."

I went to that site and it looks like a scam to me.

It is scam!!!
Explanation:
Today there is a job published in Proz.com by them, offering 0.15 cents by word!!! It seems that you have to register first and paying some money in advance in order to be considered for this by all means fictitous job!
