Explanation:
En proyectos de cooperación especialmente, hay una parte específica de cada proyecto que es la dedicada a su "visibilidad", es decir, una vez que el proyecto está terminado en su infraestructura y funcionamiento, el presupuesto de "visibilidad" es lo que se invierte en él -por parte de la organización de cooperación y a veces otros colaboradores- para que sea divulgado y conocido por la opinión pública, como manera de publicitar el trabajo de la mencionada organización. En los proyectos de cooperación de la Unión Europea el presupuesto de visibilidad es un capítulo específico y aparte de cada proyecto de cooperación.
