Hola,

Tengo un problema con esta "B". ¿Es una manera de decir que en materia de salud Estados Unidos no está en las grandes ligas? Cuando después aparece "B spends...", ¿quiere decir que lo que EEUU gasta en salud, a pesar de las enormes sumas implicadas, no es eficaz y por lo tanto es un gasto poco inteligente?

Agradecería sus sugerencias.

In health care, America B improbably B spends more and gets less, a condition that seemingly can't continue. Yet it does. Indeed, the perverse economics of health-care American style has continued for decades. All indications are that it will continue more or less unchanged into the indefinite future.
