relación jerárquica Explanation: "Report" and "reporting" are terms tough term to translate. "Generación de informes" is only one of the possible meanings, but it does not apply in your context. I would choose for "relación jerárquica", term that I have used sometimes to describe the power structure within one company, just like in your text.
