English term or phrase: hit the floor running
From a CV:
Intelligence and insight that HIT THE FLOOR RUNNING in your fast-paced professional environment.
I need something that's got the snap of English. Nothing dull, please.
Arrancar a toda velocidad
"Inteligencia y visión que ARRANCAN A TODA VELOCIDAD en su acelerado ambiente profesional"
The idea is one of starting at full speed, therefore my suggestion. I think a reference to "velocidad" is mandatory in this case.

pegarse a la pista corriendo...
Hola. How about making the client feel like a Ferrari? There it goes: "Inteligencia y visión que se pegan a la pista corriendo por (el circuito de) su vertiginoso entorno profesional". Sounds like Schumacher wrote this but then he does "pegarse a la pista" (stick to the surface of a road) in F1 (most of the time, anyway). Too far out? So it's your text!! Good luck with it, cheers :-)
