En una LEAVE OF ABSENCE no se recibe sueldo y, al volver a trabajar TAMPOCO HAY SEGURIDAD DE QUE EL EMPLEO SEA EL MISMO. Lo que se mentiene es el DERECHO A TRABAJAR, pero NO EL CARGO CONCRETO.
