Smokeless powder, by comparison, deflagrates (burns relatively slowly) and depends on its confinement in a guns cartridge case and chamber for its potential as a propellant to be realized. Disparos/munición de carga hueca (HEAT) Explanation: Si te sirve de algo mis 25 años de experiencia en la industria de defensa te diré que, efectivamente HEAT son las iniciales de "High Explosive Anti Tank", pero en la literatura militar española se conoce como munición de "carga hueca". He trabajado fabricándolos y la literatura científica los conoce como "proyectiles de carga hueca" si bien cuando aparezcan las iniciales debe mantenerse HEAT o proyectiles/munición de carga hueca (HEAT).
