en perfecta sintonía con / perfectamente acompasados con

hola gloria,

literalmente "lockstep" es un forma de marchar/desfilar, con el paso sincronizado. como la traducción literal no quedaría demasiado bien, como alternativa a sincronizar (que también podrías utilizar) yo encuentro que tanto "sintonía" como "acompasado" tienen reminiscencias musicales que le irían muy bien a la frase y al contexto.
