|English term or phrase: hello dennis what are you doing?|
|asking a question.|
Hola Denis. Que estas haciendo?
(Here the word "Que" carries the accent mark and is preceded by the upside-down question mark.)
You can either say, "Que haces?" or "Que estas haciendo?" The latter tends to refer more to what the person in question is doing at that very moment. The former tends to refer more to what the person in question could be doing in general at any given moment at present.
