Subgerente Explanation: In these matters, it all depends pretty much on the organizational culture. However, at least in South America, the term used most frequently when referring to the position directly below that of a manager is Subgerente. Asistente Administrativo Explanation: Creo que la reponsabilidad que se menciona no es la de un Sub-Gerente o Sub-director. Estos cargos tienen nivel ejecutivo, y pareciera que en este caso es un ayudante (asistente) quien tiene solo tareas administrativas (realizar el inventario). Espero sea de ayuda. |

Subgerente Explanation: Normalmente el segundo de a bordo, por lo que se le asigna el turno de tarde y se queda hasta cerrar el restaurant, depositar el dinero, ordenar las provisiones para el día (frutas, verduras, leche, pollo, etc), hacer la limpieza, descongelar lo de mañana, etc. |
