Yo creo que se deben poner las tres cosas. La tradución aunque sean términos "transparentes" tambien es comveniente añadirla. Sobre todo porque tiene una traducción ya reconocida. Y mejor aún que Americana Estadounidense, aunque esto ya va en gustos.
