Reafirmo lo dicho por los colegas acerca de que se puede dejar en inglés porque es lo más usado en la jerga de los golfistas. Alternativamente puede ser simplemente "césped" porque de esto se trata..

Te paso un extracto del reglamento de la Asociación Argentina de Golf - ¿qué tul? - así de paso aprendemos un poco las reglas para cuando nos hayamos hecho ricos y famosos con las traducciones y nos dé el cuero para incursionar en este deporte..jeje...

"Reposición del Césped, Reparación de Piques de Pelotas y Daños causados por Clavos
El jugador debería asegurarse que cualquier césped que corte o arranque y que todo daño al putting green causado por una pelota, sea reparado cuidadosamente. Los daños al putting green ocasionados por los clavos de los zapatos de golf, deberían ser reparados una vez completado el hoyo por todos los jugadores del grupo.
Daños al Putting Green — Asta-Bandera, Bolsas, etc.
Al apoyar las bolsas o el asta-bandera sobre el putting green, los jugadores deberían asegurarse de que no se hayan ocasionado daños a su superficie y de que ni ellos ni sus caddies dañen el hoyo al pararse cerca de él, al manipular el asta-bandera o al sacar la pelota del hoyo. El asta-bandera debería ser repuesta correctamente en el hoyo antes de que los jugadores se retiren del putting green. Los jugadores no deberían dañar el putting green apoyándose sobre el putter, especialmente al sacar la pelota del hoyo."
