I have no idea what you call these in Spanish, but they're those little cards that you find stuck on the edge of a shelf (at a supermarket, for example), promoting the product. If you look at this link you will see a clear picture of one in use (on the right), and maybe this will help someone come up with the right name. The shelf talkers themselves are the cards on the left.
