neutral  Sol: realizar and realize are false friends, my friend. ADDED Nunca oí que se "realizara" una persona... bueno,.. lo he leído en revistas, como en "¿te sientes realizada?", pero no es lo mismo, ahí sería "fulfilled".

  -> Not in this context they're not. Realizar: Efectuar, llevar a cabo, cumplir lo que se aspira. Realize (in this context) : To bring into reality; make real, obtain, achieve. Here it doesn't mean "to comprehend completely" as it usually does. :-)
