un trato justo en cualquier procedimiento Explanation: En mi opinión, "garantías sustantivas y procesales" corresponde a terminología legal, aplicable en procesos civiles o penales, pero no en el decálogo de una escuela. En esta nueva opción que te propongo, por simplificar, he omitido la traducción de "substantive" que yo lo entiendo aquí como considerable, amplio; pero en español yo creo que trato justo es trato justo: si mengua la justicia en el trato, éste deja de ser justo. En fin, quizá otros traductores tienen otras ideas sobre esto. Espera que te sirva mi aportación. Soy español nativo. Un saludo. |
