"preconfigurado" y "gama alta/tope de gama" Explanation: As the previous contestant offered, I agree with his/her translation of "out-of-the-box" as "preconfigurado", however, as regards "high-end", I would like to offer the following: I assume here we are talking about hardware/PC classification, thus "alta rendimiento" as high performance. The terminology used in Spain is "gama alta" or "tope de gama". I prefer the first since it is used more often and doesn't sound so colloquial as the second phrase, and would suit your context above more appropriately.
