No he encontrado nada similar en español. Lo traduciría como "asignación especial de fondos" o "recaudación extraordinaria de impuestos" con la expresión original entre paréntesis. Mill Levy: A property tax rate based on dollars per thousand of assessed valuation. One mill is the same as one tenth of one percent (.001). Thus, one mill will generate $1 when levied on $1,000 of a property's assessed value. Override: Local voter-approved property tax revenue in excess of total program as defined under the act.
