slather = cubrir o bañar, vertir Explanation: If marbled flesh was slathered with the layer of suet, it would be "bañada con", but in this case, it would "vertir". I often read and translate cooking recipes, I find "vertir" used a lot in sauces and stuff. Hope it helps :-) |
